Bestival!

So I'm back! Bestival was wonderful, full of (surprisingly!) good food, good music and lovely people. It was a real treat to meet the other bloggers, and the lovely Charlie and Simon who planned our trip and looked after us. I rarely get to go to any blogging events because I'm in N.Ireland and I can't afford to be constantly flying places, so I have to say kudos to Echo Falls for inviting me and making sure Ali and I got there were well looked after!

Bonus points go to Gemma from Fat Frocks who brought gas straighteners which saved my fringe, and Sarah of A Million Dresses who baked amazing banana and walnut bread which I devoured for my breakfast. AMAZING! After that, it was heading off to see First Aid Kit, Gallows, Warpaint, Emeli Sandé, The XX and Florence and the Machine, and do a good bit of hanging out in the live comedy tent which was a genius idea!

Bestival shopping

Hello all! If you've been following my excited and manic tweets lately, you'll know that the lovely people at Echo Falls are sending me to Bestival! I decided to make a video for some crazy reason, most likely in a moment of insanity. So here it is. Hopefully it works, I'm setting it to schedule as it uploads so if youtube has messed it up or out synced it - I apologise! A month of Instagram: August 2012.
