Rolo Cupcakes

Things are pretty busy with Lily Pink Bakery, so I really love getting the chance to try out new recipes. Yesterday I got together with some lovely friends from twitter for what we are calling Bake'n'Bitch, bring baked goods and have a good natter. Anyway, it was fab! I decided to try out the ever wonderful Katie of Katie Cakes' Rolo Cupcake recipe. The special thing about these is that they have a rolo baked in the middle! They were yum, I'm bringing some to my stall at St George's Market this Sunday :) Check out the recipe here!

Er, so yet again I've neglected this blog. To be honest I was taking a little hiatus and planned on staying away for a bit but I decided to stop moping and ease myself back in with a little outfit post for 2 reasons: 1. I have blue hair and I love it too much to not share it, and 2. my skirt has swans on it. So I can't promise I'll be updating every day or every week but I'm trying - and I have some other posts lined up including sharing an awesome apron from one of my favourite bloggers Jess'Tea Shop and a little tea party courtesy of Asda.

Oh also, I decided to be spontaneous and book a 2 day trip to London at the end of the month and I'm super excited about that - mostly because I get to hang with my girl Bethany and she's an utter babe so yeah - although I've been to London before I'd appreciate any must see recommendations! I'd set aside money to find Nicki Minaj tickets for Dublin but alas I refuse to pay £300 for a ticket so I spend what I had on flights instead. Although if anyone knows anyone selling tickets for her Dublin show on 4th July for not £300 please let me know because I will love you forever
