Happy New Year everyone! I've been feeling a bit down in the dumps if I'm honest, and was looking through photos from the last few months to cheer myself up when I came across these photos I never shared from Japan. I shared a few from Ja La La, the first cat café I went to, but these are from a cat café on the island of Odaiba. Odaiba is a man made island off Tokyo, with rollercoasters, outlet shops, restaurants and well...a cat café. There was about 5 rooms in this one, and hardly any other customers. I wanted to take the little bee cat home.
I thought I'd include a few others I found as well, from places such as Tsukiju fish market and Asakusa. I definitely want to travel as much as I can this year. I hope you enjoy the last of my Japan photos, finally!
LOOK AT HIS LITTLE FACE!
A building on Odaiba, said to have inspired Blade Runner.
A clock designed by Hayo Miyazaki of Studio Ghibli.
A cat in the fish market, this seemed like a terrible, if adorable idea to me!
Sushi breakfast at the fish market, freshest sushi there is!
There's very little I wouldn't give for a proper bowl of Ramen right now.
Saying goodbye to Japan, and hoping I will see it again soon.

Beautiful pictures!

I loved the pictures you shared from Japan and was so excited to see these too. I love the idea of a cat cafe, I saw a cat in a restaurant parking lot today and ended up getting out of the car to see if I could find it.
ReplyDeleteThese kitties are so friggin cute! I love the bee cat, well I mean I love all of them. Your trip to Japan seems like a dream vacation! My passport is completely empty, I need to change that.
